At Lozari LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
- The product is in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- The product is in the same condition as when it was received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com or +968 +968 9091 9997 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your product back to us. You can also visit our store in person located at Al Khuwair, Muscat.
Please note that the return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the above criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been customized or personalized for you.
